Neighbourhood Support in Partnership with Civil Defence

Neighbourhood Support has a very strong partnership with Civil Defence.  We encourage both households and neighbourhood groups to plan together to be ready for any civil event.

The first step is to get to know your neighbours.  Better not to meet them for the first time in an emergency!

Cambridge Neighbourhood Support has an Emergency Plan template that groups can use to record the identity of medical professionals living in your street, how to access the local defibrillator and who has skills and equipment that could be used in an emergency.

Please get in touch with Cambridge Neighbourhood Support at info@safercambridge.co.nz if you need help creating an Emergency Plan for your area.
